Our Commercial Rig
We operate a commercial grade power plan rig, which means we run on a 40,000 watt, 3 phase, diesel engine capable of large applications of spray foam. We have a powerful high pressure reactor system utilizing 260 ft of heated hose. This enables us to apply some applications of spray foam in colder outside temps when others are restricted to above zero temps.

What is Spray Polyurethane Foam

Closed cell Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is considerably different than most other types of insulation (including other types of spray foam) - and is rarely directly comparable. Spray polyurethane foam is the king of building materials for multitasking. For moisture it can provide high levels of R-Value, while providing air barriers and assistance in moisture control in buildings. For roofing, spray polyurethane foam insulates and eliminates thermal bridging through fasteners or gaps in decking while providing a long-lasting roofing system.
