While Luyk is out on the job sites managing the rigs and ensuring flawless precision on every spray, Carrie handles the backstage operations—managing the bookkeeping, answering your phone calls, and providing the organized, customer-first service our clients love. Built on 30 Years of Practical Construction Experience

Rock Road Company was founded by Luykas (pronounced LU-KAS) VanOrnum. Luyk’s deep passion for building began at an early age, working alongside reputable local tradesmen and learning the anatomy of a structure from the ground up. Over the past three decades, he has successfully general-contracted large-scale custom home builds, mastered structural framing, and developed specialized skills such as custom trim work and artisan Venetian plaster.

This extensive building background gives us an undeniable advantage over standard insulation crews. We don't just spray foam blindly; we understand Wisconsin building codes, airflow mechanics, and how a structure functions from the inside out. We know exactly what to do—and just as importantly, after 30 years in the trades, we know what not to do.
